Book Club
My favourite is "The Day War Came" we made a chair for a character who couldn't join the class because she didn't have a chair. It represents a welcoming refuge for the girl that not many people have given a chance to. "
I love Book Club! We have played Charades , Hide and Seek for book covers and Pictionary. I am very grateful to be in the club, spending time with my peers.
My favourite book is "Midnight Fair" It's a picture book. You get to be your own author. My teachers are really good at planning exciting things to do around the books"
"Midnight Fair" was my favourite by Gideon Sterer. I particularly enjoyed the ending (no spoilers!) and annotating the illustrations.
